"noodles in a pork and chicken spiced miso soup topped with stir-fried ginger chicken, carrots, leeks, garlic and beansprouts. garnished with wakame, menma, mixed sesame seeds and chilli oil" I think I prefer traditional Sapporo miso ramen

Negi-Miso Cha-shu Ramen

Added 16:58 / 19.8.2008
ramen picture

Miso flavoured soup noodle. Topped with roast pork (6pcs!), nori paper, bamboo shoots, corn, boiled egg & lots of spicy leek. First time I've seen this combo of my two favourite ramen, negi-miso & cha-shuu. I've been to this place previously and they seem consistent in pumping out full flavoured soups with lashings of toppings. The decor and ambience of this place is pretty higher end than most of the other eateries in Eastwood. Zenya Ramen 217 Rowe St Eastwood NSW 2122

This is what the actual real food looks like (stirred up a bit). Gotta love the pretty colored/carved veggie atop it all! Tasty, tasty! No Japanese food in America can ever compare with the real stuff in Japan! This is real ramen noodle soup! Kyoto, Japan

天下一品の総本店で、チャーハンセットこってり大ニンニク入り。これはもはやラーメンではないかもね。うまかったけど。こってりにはニンニク必須だと思った。あと、普通の意味でスープを最後まで飲めなかったのは始めてかも。

Ramen

Ramen (ラーメン or 拉麺, rāmen) is a Japanese noodle dish that originated in China. It tends to be served in a meat-based broth, and uses toppings such as sliced pork (チャーシュー, chāshū?), dried seaweed (海苔, nori?), kamaboko, green onions, and even corn. Almost every locality or prefecture in Japan has its own variation of ramen, from the tonkotsu ramen of Kyūshū to the miso ramen of Hokkaidō en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ramen
